I went to Target today to check out Liberty of London for Target. I was not disappointed, I brought these babies home
This peacock print is my favorite, the only thing is it is not 100% cotton but 100% polyester. For $19.99, I should not complain.
Another favorite, I can wear it to office over a jacket or to a nice dinner out in the city
This one, I am thinking about returning since the slit on the blouse front is too much for my flat chest.
Besides hoarding Liberty at Target, my other weekend activities were great. Had Iguana Burritos (as seen on Man vs. Food) with friends who drove all the way from San Francisco just for this. Lunch was followed by a nice walk in Elizabeth Park in Fremont (one of the locations around Bay Area mentioned in the Kite Runner) with another friend.
On the sewing end, I was extremely productive. I finished sewing JJ. After two weeks of long hours at work, my boss let us go home after lunch on Friday. So, I went home, cranked on JJ and finished it on Sunday afternoon. I don’t have a picture to show yet because my photographer, a.k.a hubby, had been working both Saturday and Sunday. I made a little progress on Alice Top but will catch up soon.
